40-Point Diagnostic Benchmark

Every ThinkPad, Surface, and MacBook undergoes multi-point technical diagnostics prior to Grade-A certification. We measure motherboard voltage stability, display luminance uniformity, and thermal performance under load.

Rigorous Method

Component Level Testing

Stage 01

Logic Board Verification

Engineers inspect board traces and measure voltage rails across USB-C, Thunderbolt, and power delivery circuits to guarantee zero micro-fractures or degraded power phases.

Stage 02

Thermal Load Calibration

Units undergo synthetic CPU and GPU stress testing while monitoring thermal dissipation. Factory thermal compound is replaced with fresh high-conductivity paste to maintain low operating temperatures.

Stage 03

Display Uniformity Pass

Optical sensors verify screen brightness across nine panel zones. Panels must achieve baseline color spectrum fidelity and zero dead pixel faults to pass Grade-A inspection.

Stage 04

Battery Cycle Audit

Internal batteries undergo full charge and discharge diagnostics. Only cells retaining verifiable original capacity standards above enterprise thresholds earn final dispatch approval.

Zero Compromise

Enterprise Hardware with Complete Transparency

Every device leaves our Dhaka facility with an attached diagnostic report covering battery health, thermal thresholds, and logic board status.

Request Diagnostic Data

Corporate IT buyers can receive complete batch inspection sheets and serial-indexed diagnostic reports prior to order placement.
